We stayed in a tiny town called Three Rivers. Think no stoplights. One of the rivers flowed right behind our cabin so we had to go dip our toes.
We went for a hike in amongst the giants. Here is a fallen sequoia. Most sequoias die from toppling they have very shallow root systems.
